At Berine and Bokwe Foundation, we live by the motto: “Well done is better than well said.” In our mission to uplift the vulnerable, we have come across a pressing issue in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon. During our outreach, we discovered that many school-aged children are wandering the streets, hawking goods instead of being in school. Some of these children have no place to sleep due to the devastating impact of the ongoing crisis.

The harsh reality is that most of these children are either orphans or internally displaced persons (IDPs), forced to flee their homes with little or no means of survival. Their dreams of education and stability have been shattered, and many are left to fend for themselves in difficult conditions.

At Berine and Bokwe Foundation (BEBOF), we have made it our mission to step in and create lasting change. Through various initiatives, we are pulling these children off the streets, offering them opportunities for a brighter future. We are:

  • Sponsoring their education, giving them access to quality learning and the chance to rebuild their futures.
  • Empowering families and children economically, providing resources and training that enable them to thrive in the face of adversity.

Our commitment goes beyond words—we are transforming lives, restoring dignity, and putting smiles on the faces of those who need it most.

How You Can Help
We believe that every child deserves a chance to dream, learn, and grow in a safe and supportive environment. You can join us in this mission by supporting our programs. Together, we can change the trajectory of these children’s lives, providing hope where there was once despair.
